Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience required
- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or luxury/fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet company policies and compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and guest service orientation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies
- Assist General Manager with managing human resources responsibilities including fostering teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, employee satisfaction, hiring, training, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, employment law, and collective bargaining agreements
- Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints promptly
- Manage guest feedback channels through approved company practices
- Coordinate with culinary team to ensure seamless service between kitchen and dining room
- Execute policies, operating procedures, training programs, menus, and company initiatives
- Maintain highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment used in operations
