Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience required
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant or luxury/fine-dining restaurant preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet company policies and compliance standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and guest service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Experience in luxury or fine-dining restaurant preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies
  • Assist General Manager with managing human resources responsibilities including fostering teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, employee satisfaction, hiring, training, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, employment law, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints promptly
  • Manage guest feedback channels through approved company practices
  • Coordinate with culinary team to ensure seamless service between kitchen and dining room
  • Execute policies, operating procedures, training programs, menus, and company initiatives
  • Maintain highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within the restaurant
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment used in operations
