- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Preferred bachelor’s degree
- Prefer 2 years of restaurant management experience
- ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Review applications, interview, and make recommendations to hire hourly employees
- Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly
- Direct work schedules and assign tasks
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction
- Manage food costs, inventory, utility usage, and health ratings
- Ensure food quality through cleanliness and sanitation
- Execute CHARM Service Model with every guest
- Provide training for front and back of house staff
- Supervise food and beverage production
- Follow Operations Playbook
- Utilize digital manager logbook for communication
- Enforce security measures
- Conduct weekly inventory
- Practice safe food handling
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
- Manage equipment maintenance
- Oversee food safety certifications
- Execute new product and menu rollouts
- Promote core company values
