Job Duties
- Lead and oversee food and beverage operations including tournaments, private events, and member events
- Manage club maintenance and engineering to uphold facility integrity
- Enhance and maintain exceptional member experience with elite privileges
- Coordinate with general manager on strategic planning and operational excellence
- Develop and implement staff training and leadership programs
- Monitor financial performance and operational budgets
- Foster a culture of service excellence and member engagement
