Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage all property activities with focus on accounting and front office management
- Interface with General Manager to ensure adherence to hotel policies
- Direct and supervise Front Office Manager for high guest service standards
- Ensure accuracy in all front office operations
- Coordinate with Accounting Team for completion of accounting functions
- Ensure compliance with management company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to Front Office staff
