Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant management experience
- Experience in a full-service restaurant with over 2 million in annual volume
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage front of house operations
- Proficiency in staff optimization and scheduling
- Experience in promotional event planning
- Capability to foster local business partnerships
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with 2M+ volume
- Experience in promotional events and social catering is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, emerging environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with strong teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Report directly to the restaurant general manager to elevate rooftop operations
- Lead by example demonstrating integrity and performance
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver an elevated guest experience
- Own shifts at the bar and rooftop creating a welcoming environment
- Manage front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
- Partner with hotel management team for a seamless guest experience
- Optimize staffing to maintain team levels and minimize overtime
- Drive creation and execution of promotional events with marketing and hotel teams
- Establish local business partnerships with hotel director of sales
- Step up for additional responsibilities while maintaining high energy and service
