Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- flexibility to work days, nights, weekends
- ability to travel occasionally
- ability to stand and move constantly
- ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to work in warm kitchen environments
- capability to use cleaning products safely

Job Duties
- Demonstrate core values while assisting in selecting, training, and recognizing talent
- execute performance management processes
- partner with HR to resolve employee relations issues
- monitor and train employees on all job duties
- supervise restaurant activities and customer interactions
- work flexible schedules including various day parts
- drive customer-focused culture by resolving issues and training staff
- coach and hold shifts accountable to operational procedures
- assist in scheduling and inventory management
- ensure food safety standards
- implement restaurant marketing initiatives
- analyze sales and labor to meet targets
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- perform additional duties to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
