Job Duties
- assist in managing the property’s operations ensuring guest satisfaction brand quality assurance budget management and labor efficiency
- train associates on brand and company standards maximizing revenue and fostering a culture of superior service
- ensure compliance with brand and company standards staying updated on new initiatives
- inspect and oversee adherence to safety and security standards creating a safe environment for guests and staff
- support guest satisfaction across all operations making every stay memorable
- work closely with corporate teams in human resources accounting revenue management and sales to achieve property and company goals
