Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of management experience in operational management industry
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- high touch customer service experience preferred
- effective time management and follow up skills
- financial management experience
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- able to be mobile throughout facility all day
- legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce
- interview, hire, train, and manage front desk, maintenance, and kids’ club departments to meet Equinox brand standards
- assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgets
- complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually
- adhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets
- ensure a high level of customer service to club members
- support ancillary departments and sales in partnership with General Manager
- maintain awareness of monthly departmental goals and projections
- ensure cleanliness of club per Equinox company standards
- enforce proper risk management and loss prevention procedures, monitor safety and security
- facilitate additional projects as delegated by General Manager
- be open to location reassignments and work flexible schedules
