Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge

Job Duties

  • Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center revenue goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing the team
  • Recruit, train, and support center staff and management
  • Conduct regular performance review meetings and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
