Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center revenue goals
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, and organizing the team
- Recruit, train, and support center staff and management
- Conduct regular performance review meetings and adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
