Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant and food service operations
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended hours
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • customer service orientation
  • problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift with assistance

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals including driving food & beverage sales
  • partner with General Manager to review and control labor costs and expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing and effective communication
  • recruit, train and support center management and staff fostering high morale and providing coaching
  • address center-level HR and loss prevention issues
  • conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and provide direction
  • review profit & loss statements with General Manager and adjust action plans accordingly
  • ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints resolved
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • provide training and supervision to maintain execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
