Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 plus years of management experience in similar food and beverage or entertainment operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy objects with assistance
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • proficiency in basic business math and accounting
  • knowledge of point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center’s financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
  • partner with the General Manager to review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and effective communication with team
  • recruit, train, and support center management and staff while fostering high morale and providing developmental coaching
  • address center-level HR or loss prevention issues
  • manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular management team meetings to review performance and offer direction
  • review profit and loss statements weekly or monthly with General Manager and adjust action plans
  • achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
  • oversee and expand Food and Beverage program ensuring highest quality and guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
