Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans and budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- Partner with the General Manager to review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
- Recruit, train, and support center management and staff while fostering high morale and providing developmental coaching
- Address center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
- Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and offer direction
- Review profit and loss statements weekly and monthly and adjust action plans accordingly
- Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- Oversee management and expansion of the center's Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- Remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
