Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and manage teams
- Strong knowledge of fine dining standards and culinary trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with restaurant management and POS software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional mornings
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit required
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, and culinary trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in restaurant management software such as OpenTable or similar, Micros or similar POS, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Louisiana Responsible Vendor's Permit required
Job Duties
- Assist the general manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Ensure every guest receives impeccable service
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for food quality, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with the events team and Maitre d' to plan and execute private dining events
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Address and resolve any operational or guest-related issues
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the guest experience
