Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Prefer bachelor's degree
- Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Commitment to excellence in friendly service
- Proven ability growing sales
- Ability to inspire and motivate others

- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Review applications, interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations
- Observe kitchen operations and promptly address issues
- Direct employee work including scheduling and task assignments
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs and inventory
- Ensure food quality through cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Execute the CHARM Service Model with every guest and team member
