Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of proven management experience in operational management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High touch customer service experience preferred
- Effective time management and follow up skills
- Financial management experience
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Be mobile throughout the facility all day
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in operational management industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High touch customer service experience preferred
- Effective time management and follow up skills
- Financial management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to learn from Assistant General Manager onboarding manual
Job Duties
- Influence and inspire a dynamic work force
- Interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids’ club departments to meet the Equinox brand standards
- Assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring adherence to payroll budgets
- Complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually
- Adhere to monthly ordering timeline and supply budgets
- Ensure a high-level of customer service to club members
- Support ancillary departments and sales in partnership with General Manager
- Maintain awareness of monthly departmental goals and monthly projections
- Ensure cleanliness of club per Equinox’s company standard
- Ensure the club is following proper Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures
- Monitor safety and security of club
- Facilitate all other projects or responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager
- Be open to location reassignments
- Work flexible schedules dependent on the needs of the business
