Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • Minimum 4 years management experience in hotel industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards
  • Familiarity with local health department regulations
  • Awareness of laws on hazardous substances handling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Being a team player

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards
  • Knowledge of local Department of Health regulations
  • Understanding of current laws governing handling of hazardous substances
  • Strong leadership and team player skills

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire new employees
  • Receives and resolves guest complaints
  • Assigns duties to department heads and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
  • Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel
  • Step in and act as General Manager in their absence
