Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field
- at least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
- ability to fluently speak, read and understand English
- familiarity with OSHA regulations
- knowledge of local Department of Health regulations
- understanding of laws governing the handling of hazardous substances
- willingness to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, carry/lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist and climb stairs

Job Duties
- Interview and hire new employees
- receives and resolves guest complaints
- assigns duties to department heads and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
- support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel
- steps in and acts as General Manager in their absence
