Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and understand English
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Familiarity with local Department of Health regulations
  • Understanding of laws on hazardous substances handling
  • Strong team player
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, carry or lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist, and climb stairs
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding English
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of local Department of Health regulations
  • Understanding of laws governing the handling of hazardous substances
  • Strong team player

Job Duties

  • Interview and hire new employees
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints
  • Assign duties to department heads and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
  • Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel
  • Step in and act as General Manager in their absence
