Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
- Minimum 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and understand English
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Familiarity with local Department of Health regulations
- Understanding of laws on hazardous substances handling
- Strong team player
- Physical ability to stand, walk, carry or lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist, and climb stairs
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
- At least 4 years of management experience in the hotel industry
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and understanding English
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of local Department of Health regulations
- Understanding of laws governing the handling of hazardous substances

Job Duties
- Interview and hire new employees
- Receive and resolve guest complaints
- Assign duties to department heads and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures
- Support the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day-to-day operation of the hotel
- Step in and act as General Manager in their absence
