Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience restaurant management experience
  • ability to obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform job functions including standing bending reaching gripping climbing on a ladder and walking long distances
  • ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment with varying temperatures
  • bachelor of science degree in hotel or restaurant management desirable alternatively practical experience combined with education considered
  • willingness to work various shifts in a 7/365 team oriented environment with schedule determined by business needs
  • proficiency in reading writing Microsoft Office and mathematics

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • obtained and maintained current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification or ability to obtain within six months
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions including standing bending reaching gripping climbing on a ladder and walking long distances
  • capability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
  • bachelor of science degree in hotel or restaurant management desirable or combination of experience and education considered
  • proficiency in food planning and preparation purchasing sanitation security company policies personnel management recordkeeping and report preparation
  • proficiency in reading writing Microsoft Office and mathematics

Job Duties

  • maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness food quality and grooming standards
  • be a visible presence and available to the team guests and airport partners
  • monitor team performance and operational systems and make necessary adjustments
  • ensure positive guest service in all areas and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service within 24 hours
  • drive top line sales and profitability
  • adapt and adjust readily to fast moving and changing circumstances using problem solving skills and resourcefulness
  • promote and drive an engaged workforce career development and learning
