Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Successful background check
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification
  • Experience managing multiple departments including Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and Hands-on-Hospitality
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Ability to analyze restaurant performance data and create action plans
  • Availability to travel between units as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and enforce company policies
  • Experience managing departments including Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and Hands-on-Hospitality for at least three periods each
  • Skilled with basic mathematical computations
  • Proven track record of motivating and coaching staff

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager with overall restaurant staffing planning
  • Assist other managers with hiring decisions for all departments
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings in partnership with General Manager
  • Create, develop and implement incentive programs and contests with Department Managers
  • Motivate Team Members to participate in company promotions and incentives
  • Provide regular performance feedback and recognition to Department Managers and Team Members
  • Assist with coaching other managers on performance management
  • Oversee guest comment program and handle guest complaints
  • Facilitate adherence to food product rollouts and quality standards
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct administrative manager functions including invoices and inventory
  • Manage repair and preventative maintenance programs
  • Hold Department Managers accountable for departmental costs
  • Maintain inventory levels of food and paper products
  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate successes and opportunities
  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales projections
  • Analyze P&L statements and create action plans for problem areas
  • Assist in annual restaurant budget creation
  • Teach Department Managers to meet budget and profit goals
  • Complete other assigned duties or tasks as required
