Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer management or sales
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Ability to use electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to hear and respond to audible alarms
- Ability to perform repetitive arm, wrist, hand or finger motions
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 5 years of customer management or sales experience
- Knowledge of the aviation industry
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage staff training and development to maintain high service standards
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and safety standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline clients and airport officials
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of key personnel
- Implement technology solutions to improve operational processes
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management
- Employ problem solving abilities for issue resolution
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments
- Demonstrate knowledge of the industry
- Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance service offerings
- Work under pressure to meet internal and external targets or deadlines
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings
- Exhibit vast experience in customer service
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
