Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer management or sales
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
  • Ability to use electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to hear and respond to audible alarms
  • Ability to perform repetitive arm, wrist, hand or finger motions
  • Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 5 years of customer management or sales experience
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
  • Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage staff training and development to maintain high service standards
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
  • Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline clients and airport officials
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of key personnel
  • Implement technology solutions to improve operational processes
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management
  • Employ problem solving abilities for issue resolution
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive developments
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the industry
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance service offerings
  • Work under pressure to meet internal and external targets or deadlines
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Exhibit vast experience in customer service
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
