Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant managerial experience
  • Experience working in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Proven promotional event experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with $2M+ volume
  • Experience with promotional events and social catering is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport
  • Self-starter with collaborative team spirit
  • Exceptional work ethic and engaging personality
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Positive, guest-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • Report directly to the restaurant general manager to elevate rooftop operations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and high performance
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Own shifts at the bar and rooftop ensuring optimal environment
  • Manage front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
  • Partner with hotel management for a seamless guest experience
  • Optimize staffing levels to minimize overtime
  • Drive creation and execution of promotional events
  • Establish and nurture local business partnerships
  • Step up for additional responsibilities as needed
