Job Requirements

  • Completion of background check and pre-employment screenings
  • Must be able to work 5 days a week including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to fifty pounds frequently
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • Attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a restaurant with 10 or more staff
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Knowledgeable of food safety and hospitality standards
  • Experience with employee training and development
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial controls
  • Proficient in restaurant management software such as Restaurant 365, Toast POS, and Office 365

Job Duties

  • Supervise and achieve high standards in food and service operations
  • Direct staffing, service, product quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities and equipment
  • Oversee financial controls, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Initiate and implement marketing plans
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions
  • Enforce Plated Projects and Oakmont service and product standards
  • Oversee guest relations, reservation, and POS systems
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards
  • Monitor food and labor cost controls
  • Lead communication and daily management operations
  • Resolve conflicts and engage with the community to drive business
  • Maintain overall brand standards and customer experience
