Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, preferably in fine dining or luxury steakhouses
- Food Manager Certification required

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of Oak & Amber Steakhouse including service flow, staffing, and floor leadership
- serve as the primary presence on the restaurant floor during service periods
- ensure consistent execution of service standards, timing, and guest engagement
- maintain a polished dining room environment aligned with luxury brand expectations
- act as the face of Oak & Amber Steakhouse and build relationships with guests and regular patrons
- actively engage with guests to ensure memorable and personalized dining experiences
- resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- lead, coach, and support front of house leadership and service teams
- establish clear expectations for service standards and professionalism
- conduct performance evaluations and support training initiatives
- foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the steakhouse
- monitor labor, revenue, and operating expenses
- assist with inventory controls and cost management
- support upselling strategies and revenue driving initiatives
- partner closely with the Director of Restaurants to align operations and goals
- collaborate with Culinary and Beverage leadership
- support menu rollouts, seasonal initiatives, and special events
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- conduct regular inspections of dining and service areas
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Restaurants and Senior Management
- maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
