Job Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • 4-year college degree
  • 3-6 years of management experience in customer service
  • Proven leadership ability in relevant settings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Financial management experience
  • Ability to hire, train and direct staff

  • Experience hiring, directing and training staff
  • Financial management experience
  • 4-year college degree

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise frontline and department managers including Front Desk, Housekeeping and Manager on Duty
  • Help the General Manager facilitate delegated projects and responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, payroll budgets, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance
  • Educate and enforce company policies and procedures among staff
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to club members
  • Drive revenue by supporting departmental and club-wide commercial goals
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance across all departments
