Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Train and supervise frontline and department managers including Front Desk, Housekeeping and Manager on Duty
- Help the General Manager facilitate delegated projects and responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, payroll budgets, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance
- Educate and enforce company policies and procedures among staff
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to club members
- Drive revenue by supporting departmental and club-wide commercial goals
- Maintain operational standards and compliance across all departments
