Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to work up to 55 hours per week
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate temperature changes and immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions
  • Strong hearing, speaking, walking, crawling, climbing, standing, reaching, bending, balancing, kneeling, stooping abilities
  • Close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception required
  • Ability to adjust focus
  • Commitment to work regular attendance
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and recommend hires for hourly employees
  • Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly
  • Direct work including scheduling and task assignments
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Manage food costs, inventory, utility usage, and Health Department ratings
  • Ensure food quality through cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Execute CHARM Service Model with all team members
  • Provide and schedule training for Front and Back of House staff
  • Supervise food and beverage production to meet recipe standards
  • Follow Operations Playbook to ensure consistent operations
  • Use digital manager logbook for communication
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety
  • Conduct weekly inventory to manage food, supplies, and liquor costs
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Maintain equipment in good repair
  • Manage processes including line checks, prep lists, and food safety protocols
  • Coach team on proper food and beverage preparation
  • Maintain valid food safety certificate
  • Execute new product and menu rollouts
  • Live core values daily
