Job Duties
- assist general manager in managing hotel day-to-day operations
- manage hourly staff including scheduling directing overseeing daily activities and training
- provide leadership to promote exceptional workplace
- ensure safety and security procedures compliance
- handle guest service issues and resolve timely
- promote compliance with company policies and procedures
- participate in budgetary control including labor monitoring and expense control
- assist with interviewing onboarding and training new associates
- serve as manager on duty in absence of general manager
- inspect guest rooms and provide operational relief across departments
- manage purchase order process and product ordering
- monitor cash management and guest balances
- assist with hotel sales activities
- monitor social media and respond appropriately
