Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management role
- Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and push objects over 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Deliver performance feedback and set goals
- Foster teamwork and communicate business objectives
- Supervise non-management associates and delegate work
- Coach and develop shift supervisors
- Perform duties in absence of the general manager
- Motivate and positively influence staff
- Ensure company policies and brand standards are followed
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Manage cash accurately and process daily
- Address customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform inventory spot checks to ensure data accuracy
