Job Requirements
- High integrity trustworthy and dependable
- Excellent customer service and people skills with exceptional ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups as needed
- Strong organizational skills
- Goal-oriented and seeking a long-term career in petcare
- Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds prior experience in pet services industry is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet
- Available to work nights weekends and holidays as the facility is open 365 days a year
- Reliable transportation

- Prior experience in pet services industry is a plus

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds
Job Duties
- Report to and serve as an extension of the General Manager ensuring the business runs smoothly and high standards are met
- Supervise Hosts and engage with dogs during group play
- Feed and administer medication to dogs
- Perform general wellness checks throughout the day and resolve dog behavior or health issues if necessary
- Manage and provide excellent communication to customers before during and after their dog’s stay
- Oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
