Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum four years of restaurant management experience
- servsafe certification or equivalent
- ability to manage staff and scheduling
- strong organizational and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle financial transactions accurately

- Four plus years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants

Job Duties
- Operate a high-volume restaurant where guest experience evaluation is constant
- manage full lifecycle of hourly team members including recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide feedback
- champion coaching and training programs for front-of-house staff
- assist general manager with developing key holders and entry-level managers
- lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to improve tableside service skills
- curate continuous educational courses with leadership team
- provide tailored BPA experiences for guests and team members
- maintain tableside presence to receive feedback and address concerns
- handle financial responsibilities including inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and transaction reconciliation
