Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years of restaurant management experience
  • servsafe certification or equivalent
  • ability to manage staff and scheduling
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to handle financial transactions accurately

  • Four plus years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, upscale restaurants
  • servsafe certification or equivalent
  • proven ability to lead hiring initiatives and training programs
  • proficient knowledge of labor, beverage, and wage management

Job Duties

  • Operate a high-volume restaurant where guest experience evaluation is constant
  • manage full lifecycle of hourly team members including recruit, interview, hire, schedule, train, and provide feedback
  • champion coaching and training programs for front-of-house staff
  • assist general manager with developing key holders and entry-level managers
  • lead inspirational and educational pre-service meetings to improve tableside service skills
  • curate continuous educational courses with leadership team
  • provide tailored BPA experiences for guests and team members
  • maintain tableside presence to receive feedback and address concerns
  • handle financial responsibilities including inventory, ordering, tip distribution, timecard adjustments, and transaction reconciliation
