Job Duties

  • understand and enforce policies

  • ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • meet company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive, productive working environment
  • manage cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures as per restaurant policies
  • step in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • continuously strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional growth
