Job Duties
- understand and enforce policies
- guarantee that all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly service at all times
- ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- meet company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through employee training and fostering a positive, productive working environment
- manage cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures as per restaurant policies
- step in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- continuously strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional growth
