Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager for Food and Beverage operations in a resort or similar environment preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability
- Execute on the restaurant’s business plan and assist General Manager with developing and executing tactics to achieve goals and targets
- Assist General Manager with managing Human Resources responsibilities for restaurant including promoting teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, hiring, training, succession planning, compliance with legal and company policies
- Interact frequently with guests to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience, handle guest complaints, and manage guest feedback channels
- Work alongside culinary team to ensure seamless service experience between kitchen and dining room
- Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for restaurant staff
- Maintain highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness in all areas
- Maintain excellent knowledge of venue’s food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment used to perform duties
