Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage all property activities related to accounting and front office management
- Interface with General Manager to ensure compliance with hotel and company policies
- Direct and supervise Front Office Manager for high standards of guest service
- Ensure accuracy in all front office operations
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to complete accounting functions
- Communicate effectively with guests and associates
- Provide leadership and guidance to Front Office staff
