Job Requirements

Job Duties
- generate and monitor center revenue
- be an operational pro by managing day-to-day operations and floor management
- grow and guide your team through recruiting, training, and coaching
- review center performance and adjust action plans
- make guests priority number one by ensuring exceptional customer service and complaint resolution
- drive food and beverage sales and oversee quality and expansion of dining programs
- remain flexible and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
