Job Requirements

  • at least three years of management experience

  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • three plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • generate and monitor center revenue
  • be an operational pro by managing day-to-day operations and floor management
  • grow and guide your team through recruiting, training, and coaching
  • review center performance and adjust action plans
  • make guests priority number one by ensuring exceptional customer service and complaint resolution
  • drive food and beverage sales and oversee quality and expansion of dining programs
  • remain flexible and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
