Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Help lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including guest services, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, security and safety, sales, and maintenance as well as workplace
  • Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained throughout the hotel
  • Assist in developing and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitable
  • Foster a positive and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members
  • Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain efficient operation procedures and standards
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Assist in overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery
