Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality management
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Help lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including guest services, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, security and safety, sales, and maintenance as well as workplace
- Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained throughout the hotel
- Assist in developing and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitable
- Foster a positive and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain efficient operation procedures and standards
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Assist in overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery
