Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including guest services housekeeping and maintenance
- Supervise train and develop hotel staff to ensure high service standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational improvements
- Lead sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets including managing group bookings corporate accounts and special events
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients local businesses and potential partners
- Monitor market trends analyze competitor performance and create action plans to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and reporting for hotel operations and sales performance
