Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including guest services housekeeping and maintenance
  • Supervise train and develop hotel staff to ensure high service standards
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational improvements
  • Lead sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets including managing group bookings corporate accounts and special events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients local businesses and potential partners
  • Monitor market trends analyze competitor performance and create action plans to capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and reporting for hotel operations and sales performance
