Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years hotel supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficiency with hotel management software

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel
  • Experience in a limited service environment preferred
  • Hilton experience highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations
  • Lead and motivate the hotel staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor and manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and operational costs
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance guest experiences
  • Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
