Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in the fitness or hospitality-related industry
  • Prior experience in personal training or management of personal trainers highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of operations and performance metrics including profit and loss, budgeting, inventory, employee relations and labor management, facilities maintenance
  • Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors and internal support teams for gym operations and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Gold's Gym products and target customers
  • Ability to share performance updates including wins, learnings, and opportunities for improvement
  • Flexibility to handle communication needs outside typical business hours
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mentality and commitment to excellence
  • Proactive with great organizational and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across various modes
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong time-management and adaptability in a changing industry

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Support the management of profit and loss of the gym location
  • Promote and maintain the gym's social media and digital presence
  • Assist in hiring, training, developing, and mentoring club team members
  • Manage fitness team members including personal trainers and group fitness instructors
  • Engage with members on the gym floor and assist with fitness needs
  • Review and monitor GOLD's STUDIO programs including membership engagement and scheduling
  • Ensure exceptional member experience through personal interactions and team coaching
