Job Duties
- Support the General Manager with the profitability of the store
- Utilize Earls’ selection, development, and recognition programs to create an engaging leader and partner experience
- Own all front-of-house routines, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency and profitability
- Improve results by developing action plans with the leadership team
- Achieve flawless operations by developing and executing an annual business plan with the General Manager
