Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of relevant food service management experience
- Knowledge of food service operations and quality control
- Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic financial and budgeting skills
- Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Capability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of food service management experience
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service operations
- Comprehensive food knowledge
- Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Financial experience and business acumen skills
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- Associate's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing maximum value
- Ensure the food offered is of superior quality
- Maintain excellent relationships with associates, guests, clients, and other departments
- Lead and manage a team of associates
- Oversee quality controls for the account
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support and promote the company culture and values
