Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience in Food & Beverage preferred
- Experience managing multiple venues or restaurants preferred

- Prior experience overseeing multi venues/restaurants preferred
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards across multiple outlets
- Partner with the General Managers of each outlet to execute business plans, financial goals, and F&B initiatives
- Support HR responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, and team recognition
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate experiences
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to maintain seamless service, menu execution, and operational excellence
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company policies while driving best-in-class service culture
