Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience in Food & Beverage preferred
  • Experience managing multiple venues or restaurants preferred

  • Prior Food & Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred
  • Prior experience overseeing multi venues/restaurants preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards across multiple outlets
  • Partner with the General Managers of each outlet to execute business plans, financial goals, and F&B initiatives
  • Support HR responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, and team recognition
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate experiences
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to maintain seamless service, menu execution, and operational excellence
  • Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company policies while driving best-in-class service culture
