Job Requirements
- Education up to bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of operational management experience
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience
- financial management capability
- ability to lift 25 pounds
- mobility throughout facility all day
- legal right to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in operational management industry
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- high touch customer service experience preferred
- effective time management and follow-up skills
- financial management experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- onboarding manual provided
Job Duties
- Influence and inspire a dynamic work force
- interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments to meet brand standards
- assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring payroll budgets adherence
- complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually
- adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets
- ensure a high level of customer service to club members
- support ancillary departments and sales with General Manager partnership
- maintain awareness of monthly departmental goals and projections
- ensure cleanliness of club per company standards
- monitor safety and security through Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures
- facilitate projects or responsibilities delegated by General Manager
- work flexible schedules and be open to location reassignments
