Job Requirements

  • Education up to bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of operational management experience
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service experience
  • financial management capability
  • ability to lift 25 pounds
  • mobility throughout facility all day
  • legal right to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with 1-3 years of management experience in operational management industry
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • high touch customer service experience preferred
  • effective time management and follow-up skills
  • financial management experience
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • onboarding manual provided

Job Duties

  • Influence and inspire a dynamic work force
  • interview, hire, train, and manage Front Desk, Maintenance, and Kids' Club departments to meet brand standards
  • assist departments in developing schedules and ensuring payroll budgets adherence
  • complete staff performance evaluations monthly and annually
  • adhere to monthly ordering timelines and supply budgets
  • ensure a high level of customer service to club members
  • support ancillary departments and sales with General Manager partnership
  • maintain awareness of monthly departmental goals and projections
  • ensure cleanliness of club per company standards
  • monitor safety and security through Risk Management and Loss Prevention procedures
  • facilitate projects or responsibilities delegated by General Manager
  • work flexible schedules and be open to location reassignments
