Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of restaurant management experience
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
- Standing for long periods and ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Must agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, and presentation standards
- Be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners
- Monitor team performance and operational systems
- Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints within 24 hours
- Drive top line sales and profitability
- Adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances
- Utilize problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
