Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of restaurant management experience
  • Obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
  • Standing for long periods and ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • Must agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, and presentation standards
  • Be a visible presence to team members, guests, and airport partners
  • Monitor team performance and operational systems
  • Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints within 24 hours
  • Drive top line sales and profitability
  • Adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
