Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency required
  • Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training
  • Valid Driver's License

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including their daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide coaching, corrective discipline and counseling to team members as needed
  • Observe kitchen operations and promptly address any issues out of alignment
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks throughout the day
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory levels, utility usage, and Health Department ratings
  • Ensure food quality by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of food products
  • Execute the CHARM Service Model with every guest
  • Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training on policies, procedures and specifications
  • Supervise food and beverage preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Resolve guest recovery situations using discretion
  • Follow Operations Playbook to ensure consistent daily operations and address non-compliance
  • Utilize digital manager logbook to communicate shift notes, product needs, equipment repairs, and staffing notes
  • Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Manage and recommend cost control measures on food, supplies, and liquor including weekly inventory
  • Implement and enforce safe food handling procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, wage and hour regulations, and filing responsibilities
  • Ensure all equipment is in good repair or arrange for repairs as needed
  • Manage operational processes including line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, food inventory, and truck orders
  • Coach team on food and beverage preparation to recipe specifications
  • Maintain valid food safety certification and local compliance
  • Lead execution of new initiatives including product and menu rollouts
