Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in environments with exposure to heat, cold, cleaning chemicals and sharp utensils
- must have good team building and leadership skills
- must be able to handle difficult customer service issues professionally
- must have positive attitude and strong work ethic
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must maintain 100 percent attendance
- must be able to transport cash deposits securely
- must comply with company food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in a restaurant, retail or convenience store
- knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
- basic computer knowledge
- food handler's permit
- valid driver license and insurance coverage
- strong organizational and planning skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to understand and use English effectively
- positive attitude and team-oriented
- ability to work independently and use discretion
- problem-solving skills
- bilingual Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness
- execute company-wide marketing programs

- transport cash deposits securely
- ensure total customer satisfaction and promptly address concerns

- prepare staff schedules
- evaluate employee performance and hold accountable
