Job Requirements

  • Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in front office and accounting management

Job Duties

  • Coordinate property activities pertaining to accounting and front office management
  • Interface with General Manager to ensure compliance with hotel and company policies
  • Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to uphold guest service standards
  • Coordinate with Corporate Accounting for timely completion of accounting functions
  • Respond accurately to guest inquiries and provide clear information and directions
  • Manage and oversee front office operations ensuring accuracy and high standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front office staff
