Job Requirements
- Education in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in front office and accounting management
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Competence with property management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate property activities pertaining to accounting and front office management
- Interface with General Manager to ensure compliance with hotel and company policies
- Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to uphold guest service standards
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting for timely completion of accounting functions
- Respond accurately to guest inquiries and provide clear information and directions
- Manage and oversee front office operations ensuring accuracy and high standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to front office staff
