Job Requirements
- high integrity trustworthy and dependable
- excellent customer service and people skills with the ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups
- strong organizational skills

- comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds prior experience in pet services a plus
- ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- report to and serve as an extension of the general manager ensuring the business runs smoothly and high standards are met
- supervise hosts and engage with dogs during group play
- feed and administer medication to dogs
- perform general wellness checks and resolve dog behavior or health issues if necessary
- manage and provide excellent communication to customers before during and after their dog stays
- oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
