Job Requirements
- High integrity trustworthy and dependable
- excellent customer service and people skills with an exceptional ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups as needed

- comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds
- ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet
- available to work nights weekends and holidays as the business is open 365 days a year
- reliable transportation

- prior experience in pet services industry is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Report to and serve as an extension of the General Manager ensuring the business runs smoothly and high standards are met
- supervise Hosts and engage with dogs during group play
- feed and administer medication to dogs
- perform general wellness checks throughout the day and resolve dog behavior and/or health issues if necessary
- manage and provide excellent communication to customers before during and after their dog's stay
- oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
