Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel leadership experience required
  • Experience in multiple hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, and F&B
  • Previous cooking skills highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in daily operations and management decisions
  • Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance operations to ensure smooth coordination
  • Manage Bistro F&B operations with Kitchen Supervisor
  • Assist in enforcing hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Participate in property inspections and ensure brand compliance
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for department supervisors and team members
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to develop high-performing teams
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professionalism
  • Ensure service recovery procedures are followed to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Support company standards and hotel culture
  • Maintain professional appearance and compliance with hotel grooming standards
