Job Duties
- lead food and beverage operations for multiple formats including retail, hospitality, and premium events
- ensure operational excellence in quality, consistency, innovation, and safety
- inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of fixed and casual staff
- manage commercial aspects including budgets, profit and loss, and performance analysis
- identify and pursue growth opportunities
- contribute to strategic planning and lead transformation projects at The CCD
- deliver exceptional guest experiences at all events
